Rentrifone are open over Christmas, for all our customers who need Door Entry repairs or repairs to their CCTV Systems.
Rentrifone understand that Self Managed blocks or RTM’s where there are no Managing Agents, still need to have their Door Entry, Access Control and CCTV systems cared for over the Christmas period, when things can, unfortunately go wrong.
Many contractors use this time of year to shut down, however we at Rentrifone believe that we should offer a good service, especially for Door Entry repairs, over the Christmas period. Please go to the relevant web page for the exact details and times of when we are open.
On those days that we are open, Denise or Jennifer will always clear down the answerphone for any messages left on the previous day, as their first job of the day. These will be our first calls. We also have dedicated engineers working over the Christmas period so that they can quickly attend to your sites.

Our engineers all have mobile phones and provided we have your contact number, they will contact you half-an-hour or so before they arrive. This means that you do not have to stay in all morning or afternoon to wait for them, and can go out if you wish.
Our site rates are exactly the same as for any other time of the year. We do NOT inflate them for the Christmas period.
We are familiar with all the major brands of equipment and we keep a good supply of these in stock for Door Entry Repairs and also for CCTV repairs. If your system consists of a brand that is not on our list, please do not worry. We can nearly always locate a supplier for your system, or if there is not one in this country we can very often use one of the more common brands we do use, to substitute the unavailable part.
