Preliminary Design and Survey

Our Surveyors will meet you at your offices and on site to get a full understanding of your requirements. From this we will provide a free specification and quotation.

Specification updates

As the project evolves through its various design stages we will amend our quotations at each point to reflect the change in specifications

Installation and Commissioning

Rentrifone’s fully qualified engineers will install and commission your systems, or if it suits your needs better we offer a labour-only service.

Staff Training

Once a system has been installed we will come to site to explain how it all works to your on-site representatives

Maintenance

Aftercare is vital. We stand by all our installation work and offer a full warranty package. After the initial free warranty period has expired we can keep all the installations in tip-top condition – either on a call-out basis or through one of our very reasonably priced maintenance contracts.

Future upgrades

Over time installations will eventually be superceded by changes in technology. Rentrifone can advise on the most cost-effective way to deal with these changes when the time is right.
