Please note the following:
SERVICE CALLS – DWELLINGS:
We will attend to these. We will not enter any dwellings where residents are self-isolating or are currently High Risk unless the occupants confirm by email that they are not suffering from Covid 19, or are displaying any symptoms and that they accept the presence of our engineers in their home.
We will follow the rules of Social Distancing and expect the same from the residents. No paperwork will be produced for signature.
SERVICE CALLS – EXTERNAL / COMMON PARTS:
We will attend to these.
SURVEYS:
The same conditions apply as for SERVICING above.
INSTALLATION:
We are accepting orders for INSTALLATION. No installation date will be confirmed until current Government restrictions have been lifted.
